The activities under this project will involve planning the AlP course and agenda based on KARl and ACIAR innovation platform guide and field experiences of ICRISAT. Among the other activities are AIP training sessions at ICRISAT Bulawayo and planning meetings in each country; supporting the first and second AlP meetings during 2014; conducting project annual review meetings with national staff to identify progress, identify common issues and opportunities, and ways of making greater progress through 2016; completing the initial written assessment report of AIP capacity building; and ongoing support and mentoring of national AlP staff.
