The major objective is to bring transformative change in Indiaâ€™s agricultural sector to facilitate achievement of national and global environmental benefits and conserve critical biodiversity and forest landscapes. The project focuses on conserving biodiversity (BD), promoting sustainable land management (SLM), reducing land degradation (LD), supporting climate change mitigation (CCM) and promoting sustainable forest management (SFM) and has two major components.
