Sequencing of ITS regions to study genotypic variability in S. rolfsii collected from different agroecological environments. Determination of physio-chemico changes associated with collar rot disease in chickpea by various biochemical assay in different genotype(s). Determination of expression profiling of PR gene(s) identified in chickpea through real-time PCR.
